Patrick Horan, chair of Southwark Disablement Association (SDA) who also writes a column for Southwark News, is a very excited columnist. In his column, of the 28 March 2012, he writes about the merger of Southwark Centre for Independent Living (SCIL) and Southwark Disablement Association.
If you wish to make Patrick even happier then why don't you go and read his piece on the merger and then drop him a line to make him ecstatic.
