As with everything else don't take as gospel what you see or read on any web site. Just as in everyday life there is good and bad advice and good and bad sites, it's up to you to sort the good from the bad.

Obviously there are sites that you know will give sound advice such as the BBC's health site but then again visit "Fred's miracle medical cures" and you know you will have to be extra careful with any advice given.
